Went to get a sub at 8:40 and they had lights off door locked and were mopping the floors. Last time I checked open till 9 meant I can get a sub up until 9 pm. Closing 20 minutes before is bogus. 😒 But we all know Ripley. Idk why I was surprised honestly.
Took a good 10 minutes to get someone to take my order because 4 employees were gathered around register laughing… then they all went into the kitchen.. finally got sandwich made the girl who made it couldn’t ring up the sale so had to wait again to pay. Employee came up took my money.. never asked about drinks chops cookies etc.. took my money .. gave me my change and walked back into kitchen.. never gave me my sandwich had to reach across and grab my own order.. this place really gotten sad
