This is the absolute worst subway within a 30 mi radius. I ordered a protein bowl and everything was a mess it look like someone had dropped it 10 times on the floor did not have the ingredients that I requested and I could not get in touch with anyone on the phone during their regular business hours. The subway needs to be shut down once and for all. I came here to shout out an employee by the name of Kyleigh! She is an exuberant employee with a great smile and personality! Kyleigh and I had a conversation about her career and where she would love to end up, and she excitedly told me about her future in water slide testing! I love getting to hear the passion behind these employees and hope she can slip-slide away one day!
I want to shout out Kahari. An outstanding worker at your establishment. We had a casual conversation that led to him feeling comfortable to tell me he was part of the LGBTQ community. While this may seem irrelevant, he mentioned that in this specific Subway work space he feels so comfortable in his sexuality and person. So one I wanted to shout out kahari for being so brave to tell me he liked boys, and two for your staff and community to be so welcoming to him.
Changing my review from 5 stars to 0 if I could, but your customer service from some of your employees could be worked on thats for sure. Almost asked for a refund after waiting for 35 minutes for a order placed online almost an hour prior.
Sign on the door says online orders only until 4. It's 1:50 right now and I'm here in person. Guess I'll go somewhere else.
