I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this Subway in Caseyville. The place was absolutely disgusting. I saw roaches, which is already a hard no, but it somehow got worse from there. The employees weren’t wearing gloves while handling food, and the overall cleanliness was clearly not a priority. The whole restaurant had a grimy, neglected vibe that made me lose my appetite instantly. Nothing about this location felt sanitary or safe to eat at.
