Quite frankly, Im the 'difficult diner'- i accept it. As a result, i always brace myself for negative interaction or terrible food since im pretty OCD, especially when trying out a different location than my norm... The woman behind the counter this morning handled my nuances far better than anyone else has in awhile and to be honest it made me feel a little less neurotic. I was very disappointed in my experience tonight. I placed an online order, picked it up and came home - and found that my sandwich was made very wrong. I think the only thing that was correct was the bread, lettuce and tomato? I’m assuming that my sandwich was placed in the wrong bag and i got someone else’s sandwich?? This is my 3rd time trying to order from this location and they have made all my sandwiches wrong, but this is by far the biggest mistake.
Great customer service and delicious sandwich!
