All was going fine, until I ordered my drink and found out Subway got too greedy by taking away the water from the Fountain forcing you to buy something else too drink. No more Subway for me. Greed will be their downfall.
Horrible service. Didn’t have any bread available either.
Marcey and another fellow made my sandwiches this evening, and I just wanted to show my appreciation because I was a little indecisive and ordered multiple sandwiches but they were nice about it. I didn’t catch the other guys named, but Marcey smiled and was very kind, we chatted briefly and she told me she’s in hair school and even gave me her hair info to see her portfolio! Which I thought was awesome because I moved here not too long ago. Thank you Marcey, Keep up the good work!
By far the worst experience ever! I don’t usually write reviews EVER! But this one is just not okay at all. I understand people have off days and what not, but you work in a customer service environment. When I walked in at 705, no greeting, no customers in there nothing! My mother and I stopped into this Subway and immediately felt uncomfortable. The employee who approached us did not greet us and appeared visibly upset or angry, which we initially brushed off. However, when we asked simple questions, she seemed annoyed. When my mother asked which breads were available, she just pointed toward the oven behind her instead of answering.
