Never acknowledged when I come here. Employees just point when you ask them a question instead of giving you a verbal response. Picked up an order yesterday and they gave me the wrong cookies. Hilarious, attitudes like that and they still expect you to leave a tip, NEVER tip at this location. The blonde lady working there shouldn’t even have a customer service job. You guys need to hire better people, this is a very unwelcoming environment!
Very very very slow. Training is needed as well as learning how to multitask
I ordered from the wrong store and noticed it right away. I contacted them and they continued to disconnect the call because they did not want to resolve the issue. It’s only $8 but to say I received terrible customer service is an understatement.
All was going fine, until I ordered my drink and found out Subway got too greedy by taking away the water from the Fountain forcing you to buy something else too drink. No more Subway for me. Greed will be their downfall.
Horrible service. Didn’t have any bread available either.
