Poor Marcus was working by himself on one of the busiest weekends of the year. The restaurant was clean and tidy. However, I watched about 15 people walk out because of how long the line was. Terrible management/ownership. This was completely unacceptable.
Either there are illiterate people working there, or they just do not care about their customers and refuse to read written online orders. I placed an online order for a Subway Club sandwich. The receipt I got clearly printed what I wanted on my sandwich. Any sane person that can read will follow what my order was. I prepaid my order as it was online. They never have meatballs, which is one of my children's favorite meals to eat from the restaurant.
