Very disappointing experience. I waited over 15 minutes for my order, and when I got home, I realized they had given me the wrong sandwich. I had ordered a vegetarian sandwich, but I received a meat sandwich instead. This is a serious mistake. When I called the restaurant, I was told to contact the manager the next day. I’ve called several times since then, but no one has answered. The food and customer service were both very disappointing. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a Veggie Patty, but received a Veggie Delite without any notification that the Veggie Patty was unavailable. Even when I called, no one informed me. The Veggie Delite also had very few vegetables compared to what I ordered. Poor food, poor service, and overall a bad experience. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Doors were locked, with the open sign lit up. Some one was in side eating. When some one finally came to the door, they said they were closed because they didn't have the staff. Yet you had a pre order ready and allowed a sit in.. highly unacceptable. No sign indicating anything.
