Standard subway location Employee working in the afternoon after 3pm on weekdays was somewhat friendly. Restrooms and restaurant interior was somewhat clean. The sandwich I ordered which was turkey on multigrain bread was ok definitely not the best subway sandwich I have had. I would continue to prefer visiting the subway location near Costco in Middleton or The old Sauk road location where sandwiches are prepared better. Standard location might not visit again.

Danielle was wonderful. Very composed as the line was long when we arrived and grew while waiting. She never got frustrated. All while BY HERSELF. She deserves praise and a raise. She did an excellent job.

Very disappointing experience. I waited over 15 minutes for my order, and when I got home, I realized they had given me the wrong sandwich. I had ordered a vegetarian sandwich, but I received a meat sandwich instead. This is a serious mistake. When I called the restaurant, I was told to contact the manager the next day. I’ve called several times since then, but no one has answered. The food and customer service were both very disappointing. I would not recommend this restaurant.
