I waited over a hour. I had a mobile order that was supposed to be ready by 4:05 I asked them around 4:45 if they were making it and got a reply “have you looked at the pickup spot” I said “yes they’re not mine”. She acted so confused and very unprofessional about the incident. I had showed her the order she had no idea what to do .
