I waited over a hour. I had a mobile order that was supposed to be ready by 4:05 I asked them around 4:45 if they were making it and got a reply “have you looked at the pickup spot” I said “yes they’re not mine”. She acted so confused and very unprofessional about the incident. I had showed her the order she had no idea what to do . We ordered three subs online, they some how got all three subs wrong. Two subs were hot subs and they were cold and not toasted at all. They put onions on a sub that someone is allergic to. One sub had no tomatoes. Worst experience with Subway thus far!
I used to get quality sandwiches from this subway, however lately when I order through the app, my sandwiches are completely wrong! you would have to be HIGH to get a list telling you what to add completely mixed up!! This place has gone downhill
