Once I got to the stores to get my order noticed pink haired girl employee and bicycle boy sitting at table out front smoking. I was asked if I had an online order I replied yes she said it's in there. Then I went in the store by myself where she stayed at the table smoking her cigarette and talking to Bicycle boy as I walked out and asked about our drinks and other stuff she said there was no other stuff and no drinks. She was obviously wrong because our receipt says otherwise. I hope you are not paying her too much!
We went for lunch sandwiches and were very disappointed. The meat and toppings seemed old. The bread was not fresh either.
There were two women working around 1pm on a Saturday. About 6 people in line. I stood there along with many others for more than 20 minutes waiting to order due to the workers taking so long. The two woman were very obviously high on something, one more so than the other. The one building my sandwich with a reddish brown high ponytail and tattoos, was nodding off while she was building it.
