Visible mold, no gloves, no hair net (very full head of hair). $28.00 for 2 footlong subs that we were afraid to eat…….we should have just walked out.🤮*****UPDATE: We tossed both of them when we got home. Subway is great if there are less then three people in line. Not sure how the employees keep up with the flow but they do great job
Placed a mobile order and showed up 10 minutes AFTER it said it was ready. The guy hasn’t even started making our 3 sandwiches. This subway is awful.
I never review but I felt that I needed to on this one. I went in last night to get two subs for me and hubby. Nobody was inside but they had a few online orders they were working. It was hot…was told A/C was out and it was not very clean. I should have left then but this was dinner and we were both starved. She made our sandwiches, very sloppily, and I paid and left. I messed up on an online order and tried to call the store but it wouldn't even ring at all. I rush to get there to see if there's any chance I can catch her before she makes them but when I get there she was starting on mine and refused to let me correct it. There's no way to cancel the order on the subway app so I had to take the food I paid for but didn't want. I have worked fast food before and I have never treated a customer like that.
