I had two horrific experiences with Tricia on 6/11/26, just before 6:00 p.m at the Pony village location, and today, 6/17/26, at the Empire location and everything is on video. I wrote a detailed review of what occurred at the Pony Village location on June 11th. Now, today, June 17th, I had another incident with Tricia, but at the Empire location. I stopped in for a quick lunch because I was in a rush, but the experience was pretty frustrating. The counter area was messy, and the person making my sandwich seemed like they were in a bad mood, barely listening to what I wanted on it. The ingredients didn't seem as fresh as I’m used to, either. I’ll probably look for somewhere else to grab a bite next time.
I can't think of another food chain that can get away with making a footlong cookie. Type of thing some people would straight up kill you for making.
Memphis was on shift by himself during dinner hours, he doesn’t “need” the help because he rocked it but my goodness give this guy some help! Amazing service despite his line out the door.
