I placed an order online, and my card was successfully charged. However, the restaurant refused to prepare the order, claiming that it did not go through on their end. Despite this, my bank account clearly shows that the payment was processed and the app shows the order as well. The clerk contacted the owner, Raji (if I have the name correct), to confirm the situation. Not an individual that likes to leave bad reviews but this location was awful. Zero customer service, two workers were on their phones watching videos while making sandwiches and had a terrible attitude. They acted as if I was causing an inconvenience by coming to order one sub. No communication, just pointing and nodding, and no responses when they were talked to.
