Placed a pickup order and they messed up my wife's sandwich and when calling the store to speak to someone it instantly hangs up when it starts ringing Everytime I will refuse to come back to this subway ever again
Second time to this location and I will not come back. The first thing I need to point out is the employee Justin on his phone the entire time I was dining in. While the 2 younger kids took care of the customers. Pictured here is the statue of Justin. He never moved. Service was good but slow. Employee named James was amazing in getting everybody through and getting me my sandwich. However the other taller employee was not of any help at all and was on his phone the entire time I was there. Could have been out of their 10 minutes earlier if the other employee would have taken an order.
I visited this Subway location today at approximately 3:30 PM and had a disappointing experience due to poor customer service. Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed an employee in the back area. Instead of greeting me or acknowledging my presence, the employee came to the front but proceeded to focus entirely on cleaning tasks, completely ignoring me as a customer.
