The tall shaggy hair teenager and the older long hair man must've been having an off day. I don't expect alot from customer service, other than what I pay for. When I walked in, the teenager was sitting in his seat. Made direct eye contact with me as I entered and didn't bother to greet me(fine, I get it. Maybe it's the end of his shift.) To begin, I haven’t had subway in YEARS, I walk in and Christian music is playing🩷 The young lady greeted me right away, was sweet, quick and polite. She’s doing a great job and her mama should be proud!
A consistently horrible experience when you order through the app. Stale bread. Missing toppings. Wrong drinks.
As a long time Subway lover and MVP subscriber I had the worst Subway experience ever yesterday July 20th 2025. $50 order and only one sandwich was correct. I called the restaurant and the associate Erica was very unprofessional and rude even proceeded to hang up on me and would not listen. I explained a sandwich had no cheese she was very combative stating; "One said no cheese!" (that was the only order that was right). Never apologizes for the inconvenience or took responsibility.
