They took coupons. Couldn't toast sandwiches, only certain subs were available.
I was standing right there telling the employee he was messing up my order, and he tried to fix it. He fixed it wrong and stopped paying attention to me and just wrapped my sub.
the lady taking out order was unnecessarily rude when we were asking questions. they were out of most of their breads and toppings.
