We had an online order late one evening. Picked it up and got home(20 min drive) and did not have one of our 6 inch sandwiches. That was frustrating but everyone makes mistakes. It was 10:15 and the store closed at 10 so I didn’t call. I went in the next day to get a refund or the sandwich we paid for and was basically told by the manager it was my responsibility to check my bag before leaving the store and I should have called that evening even though the store was closed. They always make my sandwich right and it feels so welcoming when you walk in. This is my preferred lunch option!
No pasta served here, the workers are always nice though.
I really wish that they would tuck the sandwiches like they used to. Now when we eat here, when unwrapping, everything you had on your sandwich is in the wrapper next to the soggy bread.
