Today we went to subway around 10:15 we ordered 3 subs, first they made the sub, when it was completely cooked they kept it for grilling, if it was not taken out then it got burnt, then they took that burnt sub and put all the veggies inside in another bread and grilled it and gave it to us, very disappointing. When it was almost closing time they said that you cannot eat here, so we got it packed and ate a one, there was a burning smell from it , totally its not good overall

I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Joan. She is so patient and kind when taking orders, even when the store gets really busy. She handles customers calmly and makes sure everything is done right. Her customer service is excellent and very professional. Employees like her make the experience so much better—thank you, Joan!

Really unprofessional I had my coupon for one free sub where I explain the whole situation to the working girl and the owner itself still they didn’t understand only one person was working in the end, I ask for a cancel my order called them before to cancel my order when I accidentally made the order, but she said she can’t cancel the order I drove all the way to their location they denied for my order and then they cancel my order Never going back to this location worst location ever😡 See the receipt this is what I was tal... read more
