Ordered my food 30 minutes in advance and they hadn’t even started on it when I got there. And then have the audacity to have an attitude while she’s at it. Don’t waste your time going to this location.
There was obvious mold in the turkey pan. I didn't look anymore i left.
Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at this specific Subway in every possible way. I placed an order through the app (A3O1E828 on Jan 16, 2026 for pickup at 4:30 PM) and had never ordered from this location before (Union Square). My wife got out of the car to pick it up for me, and it was already about 5 minutes AFTER the app said the order was ready. Didn't have items for what I ordered thats fine but apparently when contacting them about getting my money back because the order said it was picked up even though I never made it to the location I get told nothing but run around answers and met with attitude. I will be contacting corporate about this.
