The service was very disappointing. The lady at the counter was extremely rude. Even though I paid for everything, she barely added any tuna to my sub and didn’t include the sauces I asked for. On top of that, she was literally counting the napkins and seemed hesitant to give me more when I requested them. She came across as very stingy, even after I paid extra.
They are always consistent. Provide good customer service and it’s clean in there.
Ordered from there multiple times but will never again, the lady is stingy, and yes I get portions but these were not portions… they were a few pieces of meat and lettuce. I could’ve just bought bread and toasted it at that point. And I tried to redeem my birthday cookie which no purchase is necessary as said on the birthday cookie coupon and this same lady tried forcing me to buy something. This location was really good before but now it’s terrible.
