Did the app and ordered 15 minutes before lunch. Said it was ready at 1210pm when I showed up. Waited patiently until I realized they were going to do everybody in line before my order. So had to get in line to get my order made and wasted my entire lunch time.
We finally just had to stop going altogether. The food is good but the customer service is always terrible. Rude employees who act like they would rather be anywhere else. This is ongoing over a year and yet the turnover rate is high so they just keep employing the same kind of people. I wish we had a jersey Mike's because they are reasonably priced with great customer service. If subway continues this way they won't have any business eventually.

Every time we try to order lunch they either have online ordering turned off, or they cancel the order right after we place it. It's not like we're ordering much, just a couple 6 inch sandwiches.
