The staff member was very unprofessional and the service was extremely poor. The sub was poorly made and not up to standard. There also seemed to be a lack of basic customer service and communication skills. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
Came in with a concern and Riya handled it so well. She was calm, understanding, and very professional. Left feeling happy and appreciated as a customer.
