Great customer service and food preparation , way better than the subways at home.
That is the worst sub that I have ever ate in my life at Subway. She did not put flatbread. I did not get flatbread. I got wrap the darn thing all fell apart so it’s like eating a salad. I think you know that you need to get somebody in there that knows what flatbread is and other than wraps so I’d like to have my money back. I’ll bring my receipt down there. I will not be eating at that subway anymore, and I will let people know and know exactly how she done flatbread with a wrap.
The bread was hard to chew. The salami did not look good.
I use the app to order three sandwiches and all three sandwiches were made incorrectly. The app told me when my pickup time was and I sent someone to get the food for me because I was at work. They arrived when the food was supposed to be ready and when they got there the food was just starting to get made. There where no customers in the restaurants and explain how their day had been slow. One sandwich was supposed to have no mayonnaise on it and it was absolutely covered in it.
