Half hour late opening the store and still saying there will be a ten minute wait on anything. Went next door to Dunkin, they had me out the door with food in two minutes.
Order was wrong, went back to get a refund and have them remake it and they said they couldn’t. Very rude.
Decent sandwiches. But, their services lack. The manager chose not to provide water cups. Water must be purchased.
They don't know what an Italian is. How the hell you can you work at a sandwich shop and not know what an Italian is? Essentially since it's right above your head?
