Was waiting for a doordash, took 10 minutes for him to make the order in front of me, in that time a couple walks in, and the dude ends up making the food for the couple who arrived 10 minutes after me first. Ended up waiting like 28 minutes total, ridiculous.
Not at good impact
Employee was making someone else's sandwich from a receipt, possibly an online order. He started my sandwich then switched to the other two sandwiches the entire time he was making the sub. He did not ask if a second sub was needed for my daughter who was with me until after he completed my sub and the other two subs from the receipt. He then said we should ha e told him.
