My husband and I placed a pickup order at 5:05 pm. When he arrived, the order was not ready, and he had to wait an extra 30 minutes. When my husband asked about his order she stated “oh,I forgot” She had no other customers, threw our order together, and did not even cut our sandwiches. The customer service was horrible. I will be calling corporate for a refund.
Very friendly people, customer service is top notch and I would definitely recommend going here if your looking for something yummy 🤤

Customer service is always horrible when I come here. I even ordered on the app today to avoid interaction and it was worse. The white bald girl who probably is the lead or something and thinks she’s the president of the United States didn’t want to sell me a cup for my little brother because it absolutely REQUIRED a meal lol. I bought two footlongs, I would’ve bought another meal or even paid $5 for the cup but she made it seem like it wasn’t an option and looked at me like an NPC.
