I've never had a bad experience here, until today. The person working, and older gentleman (today at 5:30 pm), charged my daughter $11.29 for an $8 sandwich. He charged her for a spicy Italian when she ordered a pizza sub with, literally, peperoni, cheese and spinach. I tried showing him the sandwich on their menu on the app and he refused, saying "i don't have it on my menu, so I charged her for what I see".
