Just came from this Subway on Memorial Drive in West Springfield I thought they were joking about charging me for the subway crunch that's ridiculous I understand that you got to make a living but charging for Subway crunch when you're not supposed to do that that's just robbery I go to the other Subway stores in the surrounding areas which is Chicopee Springfield and parts of West Springfield cuz I enjoy the sandwiches and they all say that they're not supposed to charge for Subway crunch even the owner from this store want... read more

Sue is the best at making grinders everything was fresh and sue is so nice
I came here with my dad 2 straight days in a row the hours showed open on the door and open on their website and the door was locked. Yesterday we waited until 12 when we got there at like 11:30 when they were supposed to open at 10.
Smallest subs iv ever had. They use quarter the amount of meat as the other subways. Go to any other one but this one.
