I don’t usually write reviews but William (he said they call him SpongeBob) was really sweet! I had trouble with an online order and he went out of his way to make it right even though I’m a complete stranger and he didn’t have to. The service was honestly the best I’ve gotten in a while and it means a lot that they care about their customers so much. I’ll be sure to keep ordering with you guys! :)
Prompt service and nice staff
Placed a pickup order with 3 footlongs that had many many toppings and sauces and when we got home with the food they were the lightest, saddest excuses for sandwiches ever. These sandwiches should have been busting at the seams with what we ordered on them. Toppings and sauces were missing, the sandwiches were mostly bread with an inch or two on each end of the subs dry and naked. They even forgot the bag of chips. Let me start this review off by saying I eat the majority of my meals on the go...and have frequented this subway location several times. I've had my fair share of average and even a few below average experiences, but nothing too good or bad to jump on the internet and write about it.....until today. This Subway has to be the worst one I have ever visited. At this point, the employees are making subs wrong on purpose. Every single time you place an order to go or through the drive-thru, it's wrong. Put that you want extra of something? They'll leave it off completely or barely put any on it. They'll give you the wrong cheese, won't add toppings. It's ridiculous. Look at all of the other negative reviews, and they're saying the same thing.
