Prompt service and nice staff
Placed a pickup order with 3 footlongs that had many many toppings and sauces and when we got home with the food they were the lightest, saddest excuses for sandwiches ever. These sandwiches should have been busting at the seams with what we ordered on them. Toppings and sauces were missing, the sandwiches were mostly bread with an inch or two on each end of the subs dry and naked. They even forgot the bag of chips. Let me start this review off by saying I eat the majority of my meals on the go...and have frequented this subway location several times. I've had my fair share of average and even a few below average experiences, but nothing too good or bad to jump on the internet and write about it.....until today. The sandwich that I received today has got to be the finest example of subway perfection I have ever laid my eyes on. This Subway has to be the worst one I have ever visited. At this point, the employees are making subs wrong on purpose. Every single time you place an order to go or through the drive-thru, it's wrong. Put that you want extra of something? They'll leave it off completely or barely put any on it. They'll give you the wrong cheese, won't add toppings. It's ridiculous. Look at all of the other negative reviews, and they're saying the same thing.
The last two times I’ve ordered my sandwiches have been incorrect but today takes the cake. My husband picked up my order and they gave him someone else’s order and we didn’t realize it til he got home. We take it back and get home and our order was wrong :( at that point I didn’t even want to make the 3rd trip back out or eat! I double checked to make sure the order was correct and it was just not made correctly!
