I just want to take a moment to recognize Isabella for her outstanding service. We accidentally placed our order at the wrong location, which could have easily been frustrating or inconvenient—but Isabella handled the situation with incredible kindness and professionalism. Always have a good experience here! Even when employees are by themselves. Amanda had a line and still continued to acknowledge that we were there. She made our sandwiches perfectly too!
Amanda was working all by herself and she was so kind and friendly we didn't mind wait for a few minutes for our food. Our sandwiches were delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed my chocolate chip cookies! I think she deserves a raise to have to work lunch all by herself all while doing mobile orders. We will definitely come back.
I ordered ahead through the app. Amanda was holding the fort on her own with mobile orders and people at the counter. She had me all set in to go in minutes and made my sandwich perfectly with a smile!
