Sandwitch was made wrong and messy I asked for sweet onion sauce and wasn’t put on sandwitch the chicken bacon ranch the bacon wasn’t cooked all the way we asked for cheddar cheese, barbecue sauce it was only put on half of a footlong I paid about 60 dollars this is how I received my sandwich witch was a ham and cheese
I was there Tuesday the 14 around 1pm the manager was outside smoking weed in uniform was very rude my sandwich was made messy she was also on the phone while taken my order
I just want to take a moment to recognize Isabella for her outstanding service. We accidentally placed our order at the wrong location, which could have easily been frustrating or inconvenient—but Isabella handled the situation with incredible kindness and professionalism. Always have a good experience here! Even when employees are by themselves. Amanda had a line and still continued to acknowledge that we were there. She made our sandwiches perfectly too!
Amanda was working all by herself and she was so kind and friendly we didn't mind wait for a few minutes for our food. Our sandwiches were delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed my chocolate chip cookies! I think she deserves a raise to have to work lunch all by herself all while doing mobile orders. We will definitely come back.
