I can’t believe my eyes and ears. I was just at the Stone Mill Plaza @Subway in Lancaster PA and an employee was cussing and screaming behind the counter. I called the store asked for mgr. The mgr James stated it was him. I said you are unprofessional and he hung up on me.
The food was good. Took insanely long and the man working messed up and put ham on one of the subs after the order itself said "no ham" AND we gave him a verbal reminder. I like this subway, though, and I've had good experiences every other time.
Very fast, helpful and friendly, and they knew what they were doing. James and his wife got My order ready in a timely manner. I will definitely come back here again
So I have to give a Shout out to everyone at this Subway in particular!!! ( Santiago, Alex, and Andrea. The customer service is so far above average it's extraordinary. They engage in conversation that makes you feel like you are a super V.I.P. and makes you want to stay a little longer. And the sub was incredible. Santiago took the time to get ir just right and toasted it twice because that was what I wanted. The service was great although I did an online pickup and my sandwich was SOAKED in sauce. My bread was soggy, I didn’t ask for extra sauce and I only put mayo and peppercorn ranch as my sauces. There was more sauce than anything and I couldn’t stomach the sandwich at all.
