Usually I come here specifically because my sandwich is never disappointing. Today my sandwich is super burned, it’s made extremely sloppy. Sandwich bread is so hard it’s crumbling before I even get a bite it to write if it even TASTES good. My cookies are perfect no complaints at all.
Everyone was amazing:) It was very late hours, around 2AM. I went this saturday! I understand the hassle and annoyance. They were still so nice and the food was great. Everyone was positive and uplifting even at such absurd times. Awesome. Great job guys:)
Absolutely terrible service. They wouldn't help me trouble shoot the app and they wouldn't respect a coupon that was falsely advertised and instead the assistant store manager gave me a big additute for no reason and said they aren't going to respect the couple or help me. Instead, the assistant store manager just wanted to sit there in the corner of the restaurant avoiding her dutiwa. Never coming back again. I'm filing a complaint with corporate.
The little lady behind the counter on weekends is absolutely rude, uninviting, and should not be in the service industry. Too many complaints and she’s still there.
