I frequently eat Subway, but never have eaten from this location before just decided to try it out. Being that it is the closest one to my house. Placed a movie order and when I arrived. The teams is awesome
I had a terrible experience with the manager, Earnest Mays. A member of his staff called him about an issue with my order, and when he got on the phone with me, he immediately began screaming. He offered no solutions or accountability, and I ended up leaving without my meal even though I had already paid. This level of unprofessionalism from a manager is unacceptable, and it makes me not want to return to this location.
