Very poor customer service and they just don’t know what they made and keep charging. Visited 25/06/25 6:15 pm
I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location today. I politely asked the staff member preparing my sandwich to change her gloves, as she had just handled ingredients I do not eat. Instead of honoring a simple and reasonable request, she responded rudely, saying, “I know what I’m doing. This is America,” and refused to change the gloves. Worst subway possible. I ordered egg & cheese. Eggs were not warm it was frozen cold. All the veggies were bad and service was bad too I minimum wait 20 min for a sub.
