Takes way too long to get order.
I recently visited this Subway location and, while the food itself was excellent, the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted at all. I politely asked the employee twice if she was ready to take my order, but she didn’t respond or even acknowledge me. Eventually, the manager stepped in—but rather than improving the situation, she made it worse. I get lunch from here all the time, and always have a great experience! The entire team is awesome— especially Aqua!! Thanks for always smiling and making some great sandwiches!
I gave them my coupon for two footlong sandwiches for $12.99, but the cashier didn't honor it. She said I could call the company, and, she made me pay $17.31.
