Ordered online, supposed to be ready at 1135. Waited for 40 minutes for them to tell me they never received the order. After confirmation email and payment went through.
This is the worst service I’ve ever received at a subway in my life. I ordered online came into the store and there was only one person ahead of me. My order wasn’t started, they did two full orders that walked in after me before even starting on mine, and then when the young lady started making the order she told me she was out of ranch and her coworker told me that it was more in the back.
