This is my 2nd time being here for a Doordash order. Been waiting here for almost 15 minutes and they still haven't even started making my order. If you are going to hire new people, make sure they are properly trained and don't leave 3 new people on their own! Where the hell is management at to help ???
I go to this Subway A LOT!! I always have a problem with my sub and how they make it. But not tonight, in Joshua did an amazing job making my sub and all the others that I saw him make. He cared and put effort making the subs. He was great!!! I hope people recognize him because this is the first time I can actually say my sub was PERFECT!! Thanks you Joshua.
Ordered ahead online. Took more than 5 minutes to answer window and didn't give order correctly. Don't recommend especially if doing drive thru.
I entered establishment was not recognized greeted or anything mind you i am a Door Dasher employees ignored many people who walked in no give us a minute no acknowledgement what so ever
Got a salad for lunch because I can't eat bread due to my chronic illness. Just wanted a nice salad. It had no flavor plus a long, blonde strand of hair in my first bite. Couldn't even finish it. Disgusted. Every time I go to this location I always have problems with the food. Every other location is fine but Jackson location is disgusting.
