Very unprofessional employee working at this Lancaster Plaza Subway. He closed down the subway well before the posted closing time of 8 PM. The subway “open” sign was illuminated in the window and the hours of operation that were posted on the door clearly stated that they were open until 8 PM. I arrived at 7:40 PM and asked if they were open and I saw that he had already shut down the entire restaurant, there was no food displayed in the cases.
