Order wrong again. It’s not worth it to go back will take business and my money elsewhere. I want my money back
This is a really good subway with a manager and team that really care. The store is remodeled and looks great. Food and bread is always fresh.
I love ordering from Subway online! Their “Buy one footlong, get one for $1” deal is awesome and super convenient. The online order process is quick and easy, and my food is always ready right on time. Great value and service! (Photo from the Subway app)
Online App does not apply at the store - There were 2 people working. A Young white Male tried to assist me but the young black female was not very pleasant . Her response was App Does not work here - Nothing can do about it. Just not friendly - The other young man was friendly and at least tried
My order was fine, but the mobile order behind me received horrible service. The app let her order a pizza, but this location couldn't make her a pizza, or refund her money for the pizza, or cancel the entire order, or call the manager, or provide a number for corporate. They could offer to substitute something other than pizza, but that isn't always a fair trade when one of the family asked for pizza, and they did suggest maybe she call the police.
