For like a full year I complained that the fountain drink machine was broken because it always gave out flat, watery sodas and they just told me i'm wrong. Well now they renovated and the fountain drink machine is mysteriously gone lmao.
I placed an order through the Subway website for two Nashville Footlong sandwiches. The order confirmation clearly showed two sandwiches with the discount applied; however, I only received one. I’ve attempted to contact the store multiple times to confirm , but no one has answered the phone, which has been frustrating. Additionally, the sandwich I did receive was very disappointing. This is one of my favourite Subway locations! The staff are always extremely friendly and the food is tasty. Rohit, especially, goes above and beyond to ensure a great customer experience!
