I got a beef steak type sandwich and I'm not sure what I was thinking asking Subway to provide me with beef as I live in Kansas City Missouri should have stuck with an Italian or bologna or something it was okay but it was not as good as I felt it should have been for the money
My wife and I got Subway sandwiches yesterday at about 5 pm at the Subway (#24076-0) on south 7 Highway in Blue Springs, MO. One of the guys had long hair; I'm guess about four inches below his shoulders. It was totally unkempt. If he had been the person who made our sandwiches, I would have walked out. I thought it was a law that food handlers had to wear their hair in such a way that it couldn't get in the food. We'll never go into that restaurant again if he is there with his hair like it was yesterday.

Amazing customer service
Placed a order online tonight.. sent my boyfriend to pick it up, he got there nothing was ready sat for 20-30 minutes the guy kept wanting him to get a different bread cause the bread we ordered was “too hot to touch” then the sandwhiches were made upside down cheese on the bottom instead of top .. we ordered a 6 pack of chocolate chip cookies instead of offering to make more they just said they were out and gave us 3 chocolate chip and 1 of each other flavor.
