I want to like Subway and, in particular, I want to like this Subway because it’s close to my house. My biggest issue is that I place online orders and they don’t follow directions in the app. I pay for extra toppings and I don’t get what I pay for. $2 for 50% more proteins or $4 for 100% more proteins rarely results in the expected difference. I went to this Subway location yesterday (Blue Springs, MO) and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The young woman making our sandwiches was new and clearly struggling, but instead of helping her, the manager (a Caucasian man) stood there making jokes. Every sandwich was made wrong, and no one stepped in to correct or guide her. I felt bad for the new employee because she was trying, but she had no support from management. I got a beef steak type sandwich and I'm not sure what I was thinking asking Subway to provide me with beef as I live in Kansas City Missouri should have stuck with an Italian or bologna or something it was okay but it was not as good as I felt it should have been for the money
