I want to like Subway and, in particular, I want to like this Subway because it’s close to my house. My biggest issue is that I place online orders and they don’t follow directions in the app. I pay for extra toppings and I don’t get what I pay for. $2 for 50% more proteins or $4 for 100% more proteins rarely results in the expected difference. Also, “more” of a free topping in the app never results in more of that topping on the sandwich. I know you have to manage your costs as a franchise, but the $5 foot longs are gone. W... read more
