The girl working today should not be in customer service. She didn’t smile — which isn’t a big deal — but she was rude when I politely repeated a question. While I was there, another customer (a woman) came in to pick up her order and kindly asked if it was ready. The employee snapped back with just: “Name?” — very unprofessional tone. First time at this location told I had to wait because they still had to finish cooking the meatballs. I had no problem waiting got my order. My meatballs are partially cold and frozen beyond annoyed store won’t do anything about it. They won’t answer the phone so I’ve contacted SUBWAY® online, which is the only way to contact anybody else because the store will not do anything. I am beyond mad.
