Subway is ridiculously overpriced. You mean to tell me that flatbread costs like $4 extra than regular white bread?? And a few strips of bacon costs just about that much too? What difference does it make if I buy the same ingredients from Walmart (that the subway resides in) and make my own sandwich(es) for way cheaper? Thanks to who I believe was the assistant manager for letting me know about the flatbread price and knocking down the price for me, but it's still crazy
I came here today and was absolutely appalled by the service. The staff seemed completely disinterested in helping me, and the sandwich artist (if you can even call them that) managed to mess up my order not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES, the bread was stale, the veggies were wilted, and the meat was overcooked, and don't even get me started on the "customer service" I received when I tried to politely bring these issues to their attention, The manager seemed completely unconcerned with my complaints and offered no apolog... read more
During my ordering and waiting the manager never looked me. Her head was looking down and when she spoke I couldn’t hear her from behind the glass. Next, while just starting on my sandwich she started helping the next customer. My sandwich sat out after being toasted and now cooling for a couple of minutes while the manager worked on the customer behind me.
