I came here today and was absolutely appalled by the service. The staff seemed completely disinterested in helping me, and the sandwich artist (if you can even call them that) managed to mess up my order not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES, the bread was stale, the veggies were wilted, and the meat was overcooked, and don't even get me started on the "customer service" I received when I tried to politely bring these issues to their attention, The manager seemed completely unconcerned with my complaints and offered no apolog... read more
During my ordering and waiting the manager never looked me. Her head was looking down and when she spoke I couldn’t hear her from behind the glass. Next, while just starting on my sandwich she started helping the next customer. My sandwich sat out after being toasted and now cooling for a couple of minutes while the manager worked on the customer behind me. Rude Employees
Very bad customer service
Probably one of, if not the worst subway to go to. Ordered online for my family, only 3 sandwiches. The employee working never called and told me there were ingredients missing. When I got the sandwiches home, they were wrong. I immediately called and spoke to some guy working. He told me there was nothing he could do and to wait till the next morning when a manager was there. Called the next day, manager immediately had a horrible attitude.
