They never take the coupon that I receive in the mail . They always say that they are a franchise and I need to go somewhere else with the coupon.☹️

No sub of the day special available. Dining room was dirty.
This is the jankiest restaurant I’ve ever been to…and that is saying something. Service was diabolical. Lettuce was orange. I asked for a water cup, and I was told there were no cups. I had to buy a water bottle. Customer after me got a cup. Sandwich toppings were literally thrown on, had to reconstruct it when I sat down. The front door was so old and rusted you had to basically shove it open. Glad there wasn’t a fire, but at this establishment I would not have been surprised.
