Places an app order today. I pick it up and the lady is a pissed off mood finally asked if I’m there for an app order and I take my sandwhich home. I get home and the B didn’t put oil and vinegar and she put no mustard and mayo like I asked for. It’s cool that they’re open much earlier than the rest of the subways but there’s no point in doing so if staff is pissed off about it and take it out on customers. There is a clear lack of coordination and communication. The oldest worker that was making our sandwiches was told to do stuff for the other two that were there but was never helped with the sandwiches she making. She was also the only one making the sandwiches for the arriving customers and when the other two that were making sandwiches they were reaching over our sandwiches barely brushing over the food multiple times. The girl that was making my sandwich was really sweet but there was a man that was being very rude and making it uncomfortable for everyone there.
So this location says it closes at 11 pm exactly I ran red lights and almost gave my father a heart attack I drove so fast it’s messed up tbh just cause the staff wants to leave early they shut the show down THEY SHOULDNT WORK there if their gonna close the store and make a heir own damn rules , I hope a manger sees this and goes get them in trouble today is January 6 2024
