No complaints about the workers. I did not buy anything because every sub on the menu was $2-$3 more than all of the other subways. Subway is convenient, not high end. I don't need anything that bad.
I just have to say great food , friendly service but why the switch to trash Pepsi? I feel like I just officially ended a long relationship with subway.
This is one of the best subway locations I have been to in the Kalamazoo/portage/mattawan area due to the kind and hardworking staff. I wish I had her name, but she is fantastic and wanted to give her credit for being so awesome!
Gone downhill since new owners. Haven’t heard much good things about them anymore and personally haven’t had any positive experiences lately
Poor customer service. Ran by a bunch of high schoolers who don’t even care. Prices are way higher here at this location than any other subway and the food quality is below mediocre. I drive an extra 15 minutes to go to the portage locations just so I don’t have to go here.
