Had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. The staff repeatedly pushed my children to say “please” and “thank you” in a way that felt more like pressure than basic courtesy. It’s not appropriate for employees to correct or discipline someone else’s kids, especially while we’re simply ordering food. Lydia is amazing. Shes kind and very quick with quality food. She was in there alone swamped as I saw the coworker out in the car. Its 3:30 on 4/19/26.
I put a order in at 9:15 it says they close at 10:00. They cancelled the order at 9:18. Why take the order in the first place. Not the first time I have gotten bad service from there. Will no be going back.
This Subway has the worst service and the rudest workers! It use to be one of the best Subways but now, terrible!!!
Website says they close at 10 pm I arrived at 8:50 and they tell me they are closed. Very disappointed, change your websites/signs store hours so customers are not inconvenienced.
