I ordered a hot honey chicken, but I opened my sandwich and there was no chicken. So I went inside, Told them there's no chicken. They open the sandwich point out one tiny piece of chicken and said there's the chicken... So not only did subway make their sandwiches more expensive but they cut the proportions. $16 for bread and sauce Ref. Do something
Went in today to get 4 sandwiches. Just after 11 am. Only two people working. They were working on a catering order, multiple people in line ordering multiple sandwiches, and receiving multiple mobile orders. These two awesome employees never faltered in their customer service . Very friendly service, sandwiches made just the way we wanted them. Great job to them for staying strong! Keep up the great work guys!
I plan to share the details of my three minute experience with Josh on Monday evening around 845.
