My wife and I both ordered footlongs online for pickup from separate accounts. We picked up at the driveway with 0 issues and the food was AWESOME! We will definitely be back!
This was my first time at this location. It was awful. They would not let my child use the restroom! They have the door locked with an employee only sign! The man working did not put extra olives on my son’s sandwich as requested through the app on notes and on the actual order. They had wires hanging from the ceiling, and the walls are nasty. It was truly disappointing and I don’t see a place to complain on subways site,
if i pay $16 for a sandwich, it better be overflowing! this place skimps on everything, employees shouldn’t be in customer service, seemed like they hated every second we were in there. choose a different location to go to!
