Extremely terrible customer service. This location makes up its own rules regarding coupons. I've successfully used the same coupons here before, but today I was told they couldn't be applied to the roast beef. When I mentioned that I had used them previously, I asked if we could at least try scanning the coupon to see if it would go through. The employee refused and said she had "changed the rules this week." It's frustrating and feels dishonest. I won't be returning--avoid this place if you value fair treatment.
I usually don’t complain, but I have to address the poor management at this location run by a gentleman named Amen. He clearly doesn’t understand how the Subway app operates. I walked in intending to use my app as I do at every other Subway in Vacaville, where my coupons are scanned without an issue. When I mentioned I could place my order online, he agreed, yet he still went ahead and made my sandwich. Wonderful service and the food is always fresh. I travel from Vallejo to get sandos. They're much fresher than the branches here
