This review is not about the employee working that day — it’s about the management. On Presidents’ Day weekend, on a Saturday, there was only ONE employee handling an overwhelming number of in-store customers and nonstop online orders. That is completely unacceptable. I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich on my way home. When I got home, I discovered there was no steak and no cheese—only vegetables and sauce. I called the store to report the issue, but the employee I spoke with hung up on me. very disappointed .
