Apparently they give your sandwich to random people if they claim they are you.
I know I sound like a gen Xer but these kids had absolutely no clue how to show customer service or make a sandwich! The person who seemed to be in charge had his headphones in and didn't acknowledge our existence, neither did either of the other workers. We stood by the counter waiting to order for five minutes while they stood around without saying even a hello! Ordered online and when I got there they were still working on them perfectly OK but as the time went by and more people came in the sloppier the sandwiches started looking. Got home bread is burned some sandwiches were toasted when they weren't supposed to be. Tomato sauce ALL OVER a Turkey Footlong. For over 60.00 this is ridiculous

My husband, son, and I were in the Maryville, MO, Subway on Friday, May 29th, around 7:30pm. When we walked in we stood there with no one in front of us, neither the young lady or young man said anything to us about we will be with you shortly but we are working on online orders.
