I don't know who the young woman was that made my sandwich, but it was the best sandwich that i've had from Subway in a very long time. She was also very polite.Thank you.
If you order through the app, be sure you are sending to the right location! If you accidentally send it to this one, you will never get your money back. Or a response from Subway customer service. I called the store as soon as I saw the mistake on the order confirmation. The two girls working said neither of them could do refunds and to call and have the manager do it the next day. Love subway but they need to get their priorities straight. If online orders and in person orders can’t be prioritized at the same time stop doing online orders. We did an online that was supposed to be picked up at 5:10 and it’s going on 5:30 soon. People keep coming in and they keep pushing our order of to the side which is getting very frustrating.
