Just went there with my man we both got a sandwich my man asked for light lettuce and he got light lettuce but barely any cheese. Twice now we have went to get subs around 9:30 and were refused service. The black girl who works there lies about being a manager and is extremely rude. The lobby was open at 9:30 so we walked in and were immediately kicked out. The girl said they closed at 9, even though the doors were open and google says they close at 10. When going to the kiosk (that was still turned on at 9:37pm, despite “closing” at 9), they refused to make our order. No one would come through the drive through window. I came in 8/7/26 @ 1:56pm the guy with pink hair was unsanitary, rude and disrespectful didn't even say a word or nothing told him I wanted a he scuff and what not. Train your employees better. I will also be filling a complaint else where. I am very disappointed in this place thanks
Customer service at this location always sucks and it doesn’t seem to matter who is working. I don’t expect much but it surely isn’t hard to greet your customers or maybe act like you don’t hate the world and everyone in it. My sandwich seems to turn out fine, though poorly cut and unevenly made, but I recommend checking the ingredients before you add them to your sandwich since the topping bar doesn’t seem to get paid attention to as often as it needs. Will be switching to a different location
