Staff are very rude. Very bad service.
I ordered online and there was an issue where the app did not communicate with the store. The staff were kind, even though I could tell they were frustrated. I hope this doesn't happen frequently, but I'm glad they were able to help.
Gave me a frozen veggie patty. I asked for the small drink combo and they said I could pick any drink size. They up charged me for it anyways.
I placed an order today online at 10:59 pm here it is 12:55 am and I still haven’t received my order! I called the store and they’re saying they can’t deliver and hung up in my face!!! Very rude very ignorant how can’t you deliver but my order was placed for delivery! My order status says delivered and It wasn’t delivered at all!! I’ll like my refund!
Worst subway ever, they blasted music so LOUD and took forever on our food. A guys came in and finally helped. They messed up all our orders. Terrible service.
