I ordered a sandwich delivery and they gave me someone else's order. When I tried to call to tell them the phones seemed like they were disconnected and there was no way for me to let them know from my online order. I would have been OK with it if the sandwich I got was good but it wasn't my cup of tea. Just wanted a refund at this point but I guess that's out of the picture too.
I love the River Falls Subway! The staff are always so kind and the food is always delicious. Louie is there everyday when I go in and I always have good conversations with that guy. This location does a top-notch job and I love calling them my go-to spot for lunch break!
